The most recent industrial project is the Asset Manager system. The client’s goal was to minimize machine downtime for customers and to offer remote service access to those machines. The challenge was to provide a secure and reliable connection between the machines and the office. This was achieved through the use of external hardware in the machines, software updates for the PLCs, and a web application.

Luke was responsible for the advisory report, the proof of concept, and the actual development of the Asset Manager system. The system is now integrated into new machines manufactured by the client, and the web application runs on an internal server at the client’s office.
